The Raydon, the original nylon quilted collared jacket, was one of the first things to leave the Lavenham factory gates. We’ve been making versions of the jacket ever since and it has become a true wardrobe staple.
This version borrows the collared neckline from the Raydon and combines it with the a-line silhouette our most popular longer length classic the Brundon. The result is just as good as the best-selling styles it combines, combining practicality with clean design for an sophisticated yet easy wearing jacket.
With colder weather in mind, we’ve used a wool mix tartan fabric for the outer face of the jacket to add to the warmth provided by the inner wadding.
The organic cotton corduroy used for the collar and trim is sourced from our favourite Manchester based supplier who have been in the business for over 100 years. We love it for its lustrous finish and durability.
Some of our items, particularly our classics, are made to order. Our artisans can turn a garment round in just a few days, but if you need something in a hurry please contact our customer service team email@example.com for an estimated delivery date.
