50 years in the making, but only the start of our journey to do better by our environment. By no means the end result, but a step in the right direction. Crafted from a mix of recycled and organic fabrics, this gilet is our pledge to carry on making changes, bit by bit, so we can continue to do better.

Taking our ever popular collarless style gilets as a starting point, we’ve swapped out our signature Lavenster for a 100% recycled version, made from waste plastic bottles. With wadding made 85% from recycled fibres, we’ve bound with organic cotton corduroy. Like all Lavenham garments, you can send it back to us for repair at any time.

Transgressing seasonal boundaries, the straight fit and collarless design allow the gilet to switch from a mid layer to an outer layer depending on the weather – a truly versatile piece perfect for the modern wardrobe. Featuring two cord trimmed welt pockets and an inner chest pocket so the essentials can always be close to hand.

We have extended our returns period to 45 days over the festive season.

Made to Order

Some of our items, particularly our classics, are made to order. Our artisans can turn a garment round in just a few days, but if you need something in a hurry please contact our customer service team customerservice@lavenhamjackets.com for an estimated delivery date.

UK Deliveries

Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Recorded, 2-5 working days delivery

International Deliveries

For International Deliveries for up to 2 jackets we will use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

For Horse Rugs and any orders for more than 2 jackets we will use Interlink, which is also tracked and signed, orders will be delivered between 5-10 working days depending on the country.

UK Customers Returns Policy

You can return items within 45 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it to a different size or colour of the same item, depending on stock. Please ensure the original labels are attached to the garment.

To return items please complete the returns form that was in your original parcel and send using a recorded or tracked service and ensure you keep a proof of posting, the goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach the Lavenham warehouse.

The customer is responsible for the payment of returns, unless you have received a faulty item or incorrect item then send to Lavenham using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and please enclose a copy of your receipt of postage in your parcel and Lavenham will refund the cost of postage on to the card that was used to make the original purchase.
