A long sleeve pocket T-shirt made from a USA Cotton, produced in an area of the Mississippi River basin. Mimicking the most traditional Baseball uniform, the pocket design on this T-shirt, with the W stitch, shape of the pocket mouth and large size, are typical details seen on players in the 1890s. The flash on the bottom of the pocket is a special specification that reduces the risk of sweat moistening the inside of the pocket.
The careful Japanese manufacturing process, using the same machinery as when it began in 1949, isn’t dissimilar from our hand-crafted production here in Suffolk, only at Jackman they specialise in using the finest cotton, at their own factory in Fukui, Japan.
Founded by Mitsugu Tanabe right after WWII, and inspired by his love for American Baseball, Jackman continue to use spirit and passion, creating understated, yet high quality pieces.
