A fork in the road

The letter from Lavenham

First things first, we want to reassure you that we’re still processing your online orders. In these uncertain times, we know how important it is to stay connected, and we have plenty to share with you. Here’s an update.

Your Online Orders

As we dispatch all online orders directly from our factory, the closure has made logistics rather difficult – but, as mentioned, we’re still processing orders and dispatching the order every Tuesday and Thursday. However, deliveries may take longer than usual to reach you. Our Customer Service team will contact you if needed with an estimated delivery date. Thank you for your patience. You can send them a message here.

In the meantime, we’re offering free worldwide shipping and also extending our returns period to 100 days. So you can get purchases back to us safely and easily – and hopefully without too much queuing.

Some Thank Yous

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank each member of our team for the hard work, dedication and care they put into Lavenham. And we’d also like to thank you, our loyal subscribers for bearing with us in these tricky times. You can enjoy 15% off your next Lavenham order with the code SPRING15.

Made In Suffolk

It’s no secret that we’re very proud to have made every Lavenham product in Suffolk since 1969. We plan to launch a new blog on our website shortly, with a mixture of stories, photos, videos and other pieces celebrating our home county. The blog is taking a backseat whilst we look after everything else, so be sure to follow us on Instagram @lavenham and search the hashtag #MadeInSuffolk for some great Suffolk stories and a bit of escapism.

The game is never lost ‘til won

George Crabbe, Suffolk poet

We appreciate each and every order we receive, even more so in these strange times. Thank you again for your support and patience. Keep your chin up.
